“Changing the memories that form the way we see ourselves also changes the way we view others. Therefore, our relationships, job performance, what we are willing to do or are able to resist, all move in a positive direction.”

More about me

Services

Trauma-informed healing, one memory at a time.

EMDR Intensive Program

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a structured, evidence-based therapy designed to help clients process and move past distressing memories or recent traumas that may have caused significant emotional or psychological distress. This approach enables clients to become “unstuck” from the hold of these memories, fostering healing and emotional resolution.

Adjunctive EMDR Therapy

Adjunct therapy can be the perfect combination of treatment for clients. If you have an individual therapist you can continue to see them!

I partner with primary therapists and their clients to target their clients specific memories, body sensations, or limiting beliefs with EMDR.

Building strong clinicians through thoughtful, personal supervision.

Clinical Supervision Services

Are you working towards completing your hours for your Clinical Social Work License in NJ? Finding the right clinical supervisor is a critical step in your journey. As part of the licensing process, you are required to complete supervised hours and receive weekly guidance from an approved clinical supervisor.

EMDR

What Should I Expect from an EMDR Intensive?

During an EMDR session, clients briefly focus on the trauma memory while simultaneously engaging in bilateral stimulation, such as guided eye movements, auditory cues, or tactile taps. This process helps the brain form new neural pathways, gradually reducing the emotional intensity and disruptive impact of the traumatic memories over time.

Self-Pay/Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. As of January 1, 2022, under the law, health care providers need to give patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees. Make sure you health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than you Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute this bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

Prior to scheduling your appointment please be sure to review this with your medical provider.
